Coffee Afternoon Drop In
 
 
The Centre has a Coffee morning drop in on a Monday from 10.30am - 12.30pm. There is no need to make an appointment, just come along for a drink and a chat. These afternoons are an opportunity to meet new friends in an informal setting.
 
 
Domestic Abuse Support/Information
 
 
The Herts Women's Centre have an experienced Domestic Abuse Worker. Self referrals to the Domestic Abuse Worker can be made by contacting the Centre and the Domestic Abuse Worker will call you back at a convenient time.

Rape Crisis Support
 
 
The Herts Women's Centre is the Rape Crisis Centre for Stevenage and the surrounding areas. We support women that have experienced Rape or Sexual Violence. Support can be offered via a self referral. Please contact the Centre if you would like to speak with our Rape Crisis Worker.
 
 
 
Counselling
 
WE ARE STILL OFFERING 12 WEEK COUNSELLING UP UNTIL OUR CLOSURE IN SEPTEMBER
 
 The Centre offers a professional 12 week counselling service which offers a self referral route. This is a paid for service and the charges are means tested.  Career Investment Project
 
 
 The Career Investment Project is an initiative funded by the Big Lottery Fund to support women in returning or starting paid employment through volunteering. This project is in the fifth and final year and we have celebrated many women returning to work with support from the project. We no longer accpet Volunteer applications due to the project coming to an end but if you are interested in volunteering in the community please contact the North Herts CVS via the link.

Family Law Appointments
 
 
The Centre offers a Free initial appointment with a Family Law Solicitor. Please contact us to arrange an appointment. We are happy to be working in partnership with:

Online Shop / Charity Shop
 
 
We sell good quality / new items on Ebay. All money raised from the sale of these goods goes directly back into the Centre to help with the cost of running our services. Please view, share and buy from our Ebay account.

 We have a small Charity Shop attached to our Centre which provides an extra income to fund our services. We take donations of new/newly new goods including Clothes, Shoes, Bags, Books, DVD's, Bric-a-Brac and Toys. The Charity Shop also provides additional Volunteering opportunties to women.
 
 
 
Rooms to Hire
 
 
 The Herts Women's Centre can provide a room to hire. Please find our pricing structure below.
 
 
 
We offer 2 pricing structures, one for Registered Charities and Non Profit Organisations and one for Private Enterprise and Statutory Services, both at very competitive rates.
